My passion for technology ignited during my school years when I created my first animated PowerPoint presentations. After graduating from high school, I began my self-employed career in special machine construction, where I acquired extensive knowledge in CAD programming. This technical expertise was expanded through projects for craft businesses, providing me deep insights into various industries. This technical journey led me to a two-year role as a project manager for a CAD project at a leading cable duct manufacturer. Concurrently, I completed my Bachelors degree in Business Administration and then transitioned into IT project management. In this role, I focused on server management and IT support, with a strong emphasis on direct customer interaction and the human aspects of technology. In my bachelor's thesis, I researched the digitization of HR workflows and played a key role in the implementation and management of an HR and IAM system. Currently, as a Master’s student in Digital Business, I am dedicating myself to my master's thesis, where I am exploring innovative approaches in the field of Artificial Intelligence.
